WHY:    We are finalizing the program, but have many important topics to discuss –

  1. Annual Business Meeting including the Election of Officers (a proposed slate will be distributed next week to all members for your consideration)
  2. NNECAPA Reorganization Update and Next Steps – MEMBERSHIP VOTE ON PROPOSED BYLAW CHANGES
  3. Act 250 Commission Update

Plus….we are working on a planning roundtable discussion related to Middlebury’s grass roots organizations and their role in the Town’s long-range planning.  We will be working with NNECAPA to secure AICP CM for the workshop.
